EU SoluHUB: every HEUS project resource, in one app

A one-stop-shop mobile app for the project’s guides, analytical reports, checklists and courses on the European Union. Built by the National University “Ostroh Academy”.

Platform: Android       Interface language: English
Status: early access (APK)

About the app

One hub instead of a dozen browser tabs

SoluHUB was built within the Hub of the EU Solutions (HEUS) project to give centralized access to the project’s key outputs: legal and educational materials, analytical reports, practical checklists and courses on the EU. The goal is convenient, long-lasting access to and dissemination of these outputs.

Instructions

How to install the APK on Android

Since the APK is installed outside Google Play, Android shows a few extra warnings. This is standard behaviour — just follow the three steps below.

1. Download and open the file

Tap the download button above. Once it’s downloaded, open it from the “Files” app on your phone, or directly from Google Drive or Telegram if that’s where you’re installing from.

2. Allow installs from this source

Android will ask for permission to install. Go to Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps and allow it for whichever app you used to open the APK (Chrome, Drive or Telegram).

3. Confirm the install in Play Protect

You’ll see a “Dangerous app blocked” message — this is the standard reaction to any APK installed outside Google Play, not a sign of an actual threat. Tap More details → Install anyway.

This warning is normal for APKs outside Play
